Beauty

There are many things in the world that are things of beauty. I myself have a handful of things I find beautiful enough to bring me to tears.  The birth of any living thing, the union of an eternal marriage, the Rocky Mountains, my family… the list could go on.  This particular occasion was born as I was editing the wedding pictures from Friday.  I was working through the photos and as I came across this picture I wondered what it was she was thinking in this moment.  Was she pondering on the words she had just said as she was united for eternity to her husband? Was she wondering where her life was going to take her now? Or was she simple taking in the moment the day provided?  I had never meet this beautiful young woman before the day of her wedding but for me this picture sums up her gentle nature and kind heart that she willingly shares with those she meets.  I know this because as I fine tuned a few things to give it the look I wanted my eyes were moist with tears.  This moment for me was a thing of beauty.
