I know you! — Family Photographer — Strasburg, VA

 

 

So a little over a week ago I went to meet this family and snap some shots of them. We met at grandpa and grandma’s house a darling little brick home set on a hill overlooking part of the valley near Strasburg. My first thought when I meet them was I know this sweet lady, but for the life of me I couldn’t place where I knew her from. As the session progressed, I still couldn’t place why she was so familiar so I decided it was just one of those cases of deja vu. At the end of the shoot she told me that she was a teacher and it all came flooding back to me. She did her student teaching in my daughter’s class some 5 years before. She was so familiar because my daughter loved her, talked constantly about Ms. Pangle. She even shed tears on Ms. Pangle’s last day. It was so fun catching up with her and seeing where her life is now. So without further ado here is the lovely and sweet Kibler family.
