Friendship… is not something you learn in school. But if you haven’t learned the meaning of friendship, you really haven’t learned anything

There really is nothing like hearing the laughter and seeing the joy of a group of young girls get together and celebrate life. In this case the cause for celebration was my daughter’s sweet sixteen. We rented a cabin, gathered food, crafts and games and headed to the woods. These beautiful girls have all touched my daughter’s life in some way. They were all so kind, polite and grateful for the time I took to prepare a meal, snap some pictures and chaperone their giggles. It was a delightful time of all who came and for those who couldn’t make it you were missed.

Here’s to being sixteen!
